In the network “Eat at home” will feature a roadside cafe. TASS said one of the creators of the project Director Nikita Mikhalkov.

“Now there is a “zeroing”, as in what region to start. We will have the entire complex and sell, and the power supply, i.e. sale of food, and the opportunity to eat on the spot. There is hope that we will agree with the roads, for example, on the route Moscow — St.-Petersburg, for drivers of vehicles”, — said Mikhalkov.

According to the Director, the project deals directly with his brother, Director Andrey Konchalovsky. Also there were involved specialists of English.

“Now, of course, is not the best time for new projects, but life forces us to feed ourselves, I think the project will succeed”, — said Mikhalkov.

In June 2015, the Director stated that starting the network “Eat at home” will be changed to “Eat at home”. He noted that the project on their own funds, but later entrepreneurs will take the credit. The share of borrowing in total funding will amount to 70 percent.

In spring 2015, brothers-Directors Nikita Mikhalkov and Andrey Konchalovsky said about the desire to open a chain of fast food restaurants to compete with “McDonald’s”. They asked the President of Russia Vladimir Putin about a billion rubles for the implementation of their ideas.

The Russian government has decided that the project does not require budgetary support. At the same time, the government of the Moscow region promised to the creators of the institutions to allocate land and provide tax benefits.

April 20, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich has promised that the sponsors will be supported at the level of “overcoming bureaucratic procedures”. A few days later he instructed the economic development Ministry, several other ministries, as well as Sberbank and regional authorities to prepare relevant proposals. The Ministry of agriculture and the Rosselkhoznadzor promised to support the project.

As a pilot project, Konchalovsky and Mikhalkov want to build in the Moscow and Kaluga areas, two commercial kitchens, open dining 41 and 91 cooking. In Moscow it is supposed to have 15 and 23 cafe point of sale, and the rest — in the regions.
