As writes Deutsche Welle, the statement was made at the annual reception of the economic Council of the CDU in Stralsund.
“Merkel acknowledged that sanctions were to some extent applied a strong blow on businesses, but they can be cancelled only after the full implementation of the Minsk agreements”, — writes the edition.
