The authorities of Donetsk and Lugansk national republics had fulfilled a large part of the Minsk agreements, Kiev is deliberately “slow” process.
This was stated by Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev. He also stressed that it is important today to resolve the conflict in the Donbas to Kyiv hurried with the adoption of political and legal decisions.
“The Minsk agreement must be fully executed by all parties. We urge everyone to do. We encourage those who are in power in the South-East, we call on the Kiev authorities. And it’s not that we have any disagreements with Kiev authorities and we don’t like each other. But for the sake of objectivity we must admit that a large part of what we should have done in the South-East, made”, — said the head of the Russian government.
We will remind, earlier the head of Russian government Dmitry Medvedev stated that the Russian Federation there is no question about the future of the Crimean Peninsula, because it is closed forever.
Earlier, the head of Russian foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov said that the authorities of the Russian Federation do not conduct with anybody negotiations about returning of the Crimea to the Ukraine.
