The government proposes to exempt from VAT on raw materials and components held for production of goods of medical purpose. Such measures, according to the authors of the bill, will allow to provide state support for domestic enterprises.
As stated in the help document, the Government intends “to exempt from tax the export of raw materials intended for production of medical, and are not manufactured in Russia.”
These preferences will be valid if confirmed by the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation the purpose of raw materials and the lack of a identical raw materials, reports IA “SeverInform” with reference to “RIA Novosti”.
Additionally, the bill was approved by Government and submitted for consideration to the state Duma.
