Italian coach Roberto Mancini is close to getting the position of head coach of the England team.
The football Association of England started looking for a new coach for the national team after the controversial dismissal of Sam Allardyce, who was charged with corruption and resigned from his post after one of the conducted game at the helm of the national team.
According to “Sky Sports”, the main contender for the position of head coach of England is the 51-year-old Italian Roberto Mancini, who was present at the last match of the founders of football against Malta (2:0) as an invited guest.
It is expected that in the near future, Mancini will sign with the Football Association of England contract until 2018. Each year, the Italian will earn three million euros, and his debut as head coach of England could take place on November 11 in a home qualifier for the 2018 world Cup against Scotland.
Roberto Mancini coached since 2000, is Italian, having worked with Lazio, Fiorentina, inter, Manchester city and Galatasaray, won 12 trophies. Mancini became the champion of England and Italy, and took the national Cup Italy, England and Turkey.
