A businessman from Magnitogorsk laid in the Bank the whole village along with populated homes, without breaking the law. Entrepreneur Mr. Varagyan village Narovchata Agapovsky district went for debts. It passed to him after the bankruptcy of the farm Narovchatovskiy, privatized in the 1990s and became CJSC.
Law enforcement agencies and officials acknowledge that the law of the businessman’s rights. Now Varagyan is the only owner of the local lands, and private homes and hostels and intends to obtain a Bank loan secured by real estate where the locals live — grandchildren of the founders of the settlement. They already called serfs.
