With one hand the US and its allies in Europe signed various peace initiatives, and the other to add more and more kerosene on the fire of conflict. This applies to Syria, and concerns about the Ukraine. From Washington come the attempts to aggravate the situation there. We all witnessed how the all-different “peace” initiatives for a ceasefire in Syria – the United States staged provocation for provocation. Has not passed also weeks, as a similar situation occurs in another hot point of the planet – right at the very borders of Russia.
Amid peace talks in Minsk to discuss such issues as the separation of powers and the exchange of prisoners – the lower house of the U.S. Parliament adopts the bill, which is able to blow up all peace efforts of the “world community”.
On September 22 the House of representatives of the us Congress unanimously approved the law entitled “On the support stability and democracy in Ukraine.” The initiators of this project are the co-chair of the Committee on foreign Affairs, house of representatives, Democrat Eliot Engel and Republican Adam Kinzinger. Previously, the document was endorsed by the Committee on foreign Affairs.
Unfortunately, neither among the representatives of the Democratic party, nor among the critics of the Republican party there was not a single sane person who would have voted against the decision, can only add fuel to the fire of the war in the Donbass.
The decision of the lower house of Congress does not mean that lethal weapons to Ukraine will go right tomorrow or the day after. The law must be approved by the Senate and signed by the President of the United States. But Mr Poroshenko in his blog already expressed satisfaction and thanked “American friends”. Well, after a very cool reception at the UN General Assembly, where he spoke to half-empty hall for the Ukrainian psevdoprezidenta this, of course, “Peremoga”.
In addition, the US plans to provide Ukraine with comprehensive political and media assistance.” You would think that prior to the enactment of such “assistance” was not provided. Was, but without any law.

Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, for his part, said that Washington did not rule out supplying weapons to Ukraine: “it All depends on how Russia will fulfill the Minsk agreement“. He called Mr. Poroshenko gave the order to fire at civilian towns, “great guy.” According to the American Minister, that “great guy” spared from having to perform the Minsk agreement, once the requirements are only Russia (which, moreover, is not a party to the conflict).
Earlier, in the beginning of September, the need to supply lethal weapons to Kiev, said the former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen. But there are in Europe and some more sensible politicians. They cannot be called allies of Russia, but they understand that the escalation of conflict between Ukraine and Donbass will lead to negative consequences for all of Europe. In particular, plans for the supply of Ukrainian weapons to the authorities condemned the Minister of foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, calling them risky and counterproductive.
The well-deserved criticism of the law passed by the lower house of Congress, they subjected the Federation Council of the Russian Federation. First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on defense Franz Klintsevich said: “Regardless of whether this law is approved by the upper house and signed by the President or not, he directly provokes Kyiv to the resolution of the crisis in the Donbass by force“.

Now Ukrainian media write about him as a “hero”, which supposedly was only a volunteer (although he did not deny that he was a saboteur, that is simply a terrorist).
Of course, the US will continue to close our eyes to torture by the security service, and saboteurs, terrorists, and the shelling of Donetsk, Gorlovka, Dokuchaevsk, Yasinovataya and other cities of Donbass. It is possible that the Senate will approve the law on the supply of Kiev lethal weapons and to impose additional sanctions against Russia and the outgoing President will podmahivat this document. But, in fact, not much has changed. Actually, already for anybody not a secret that American aid to the anti-people regime in Ukraine was from the beginning and without any laws.
