The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov said that the West “not normal” is (referring to sanctions against Russia), so Moscow now hopes only on themselves, the benefit of all the opportunities she has. According to him, now Russia will work so do not depend on any goods and services the EU and the United States.

“We hope now only on ourselves, we have to do everything. Thank God, the Lord and our ancestors left a country that is self-sufficient. Now we will work so that under any circumstances, not to feel no need for that until recently, we have purchased only abroad”, – said Lavrov media.

He added that if the Western partners want to return to “normal behavior”, then there will be another opportunity for growth and development of interaction.

“But all basic things now we will rely only on themselves”, – said Lavrov.

We will remind, deputies of the French-Republicans prepared a resolution calling for the lifting of sanctions against Russia. The day before the resolution was approved by the lower house of the French Parliament — the National Assembly of the Republic.

In this case only in the National Assembly of 577 members, the vote was attended by 101 members, and voted — 55.

The decision was made against the advice of the government, the initiating group were made by the deputies of the party of Nicolas Sarkozy, they were supported by the deputies of the Left front.

However, the decision is a recommendation, as sanctions are pan-European, and therefore, the decision thereon will be made only in Brussels.

However, the head of the international Affairs Committee of the state Duma of Russia Alexei Pushkov believes the historical event of the vote of the French Parliament for the abolition of anti-Russian sanctions.

“The French Parliament 55 votes to 44 voted against the sanctions against Russia. A landmark event: in some EU countries, supporters of the sanctions already in the minority”, — he commented the decision of the French deputies in his Twitter.
