The Kosovo problem for a long time didn’t become the main topic in the media in Europe. Many began to feel that the situation in the region stabilized and flowed into the mainstream of political negotiations. But in fact, in the Serbian region of Kosovo and Metohija, which in 2008 declared its independence, is still a lot of serious contradictions, most of which is beyond international law. Moreover, during the years of “independence” of Kosovo, with the support of the countries of the West has become a festering sore, not only the Balkans but entire Europe. There are people and human organs, drugs and weapons, train terrorists and kidnap people. And all this happens with the silent consent of the EU and the USA, which, apparently, this situation is quite satisfied.
The fact that Kosovo is one of the tools of Western policy in the “pacification” of Serbia, has long been known. Recent arrival to the Serbian capital, and then to Pristina assistant Secretary of state Victoria Nuland and her words about the fact that the United States “to actively support the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo, have once again confirmed the fact that Washington has absolutely no interest in solving the Kosovo problem. Americans and Europeans not only turn a blind eye to what is happening today in Kosovo, but still don’t want to hear any arguments of the Serbs in relation to their rights to the territory. While everyone understands that taking in Serbia, the decision on recognizing the independence of Kosmet can only be political suicide or a person who is completely controlled by Western intelligence agencies, as Kosovo and Metohija still remain in the consciousness of Serbs an integral part of their States and historical past. However, all this does not interest the West, as well as what today is the real situation in the region. And she, I must say, is quite close to critical.
The current situation in Kosovo, which recently found another “leading” country in the world — the Republic of Suriname, is extremely unstable, and past problems not only went away, but worsened. Today, cosmetics have gradually become one of main supplier of fighters for terrorist organizations. It is known that the self-proclaimed Kosovo gave radical Islamist groups in the middle East in proportion to the Muslim population more members than other countries, and even the official statistics says that the situation is only getting worse. All this has led to the fact that Kosovo has become one of the main suppliers of fighters to ISIL, and terrorists feel quite comfortable. She did not bring the positive aspects and most of Europe, which, in the case of a decision to grant a visa-free regime for the citizens of Kosovo, threatens not only the influx of migrants from the Middle East, but also by Kosovar extremists and recruited in the region of the ISIS terrorists.
In fairness we must recognize that many decisions taken in the EU in relation to Kosovo, is not dictated by European and American interests. United States for which the threat of Kosovar extremists is negligible, is not averse to stimulate the growth of tensions in the Balkans and in Europe in General, as a principle of American foreign policy “divide and rule!” has not been canceled. The growing challenges in the region sooner or later will be used in Washington in order to increase on the Balkan Peninsula its presence, including military. All this is done under the pretext of fighting terrorism and “for the sake of peace” in the region. Against this background, the current situation in Kosovo, the best way to meet American interests, and therefore to solve the Kosovo issue is no one in the West soon will be.
Ultimately, it should be noted that the Kosovo problem remains one of the most actual in modern international relations. It is intertwined with the confrontation between the Western world and Russia, terrorism, drug trafficking and other global problems of the present. Unfortunately, in Brussels still do not understand that the desire to create near Serbia objectively gangster state is fraught with very serious consequences for all of Europe. The Kosovars, who are every year becoming poorer, increasingly began to find solace in radical Islam, whose main objective are, in particular, and Western countries. Therefore, the European Union, which, under the dictation of the US trying to dig a hole to Serbia and through it to Russia, in fact, digs it for himself. It is likely that very soon Kosovo will present to the Europeans is very unpleasant surprises. The only question is, will think again after this Europe, or continue with the tenacity of a RAM will not be noted in the “soft underbelly” festering wound, ready to infect the entire continent.
