The Kyiv security officials held in the basement of a Ukrainian court freed an elderly resident of the DNI and her son to exchange them for detained in Donetsk SBU Colonel. This was announced by the Commissioner for the protection of human rights Donetsk national Republic Daria Morozova.
Yesterday on the bridge, controlled by the Kyiv security forces of Happiness took place the exchange of prisoners and detainees, during which the Ukrainian side has released four civilians of Donbass, having received two people who were suspected of law enforcement authorities LC and DNR involvement in subversive and terrorist activities.
“SBU Colonel (Yuri Suprun – note ENTITIES) has changed in the 76-year-old grandmother, which in prison had been torture.
Freed her and her son. They were officially released already a week and a half ago by the decision of the court of Mariupol, and they were gone. This question applied to me even representatives of the UN on human rights. I gave them a stable place of their stay, the security service of Mariupol city-the basement. But today, as we see them handed over to us in the next exchange,” – said Morozov.

Her fifty-year-old son Valery said, the first thing he tries to do after release, is “to try to forget everything that happened in the Ukrainian prison.”
The question of exchange of prisoners is one of the main aspects of the Minsk agreements.
The participants of the Contact group on settling the situation in Donbass February 12, 2015 signed in Minsk agreed with the heads of the countries-participants of the “Normandy four” (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine) the Complex of measures on implementation of Minsk agreements. The UN security Council on 17 February 2015 resolution No. 2202 approved the package of measures, which was the attachment No. 1 to this resolution. Also the UN security Council called on all parties to ensure the full implementation of the package of measures,according to INDIVIDUALS.
The document envisages a ceasefire, the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line, the beginning of dialogue to restore socio-economic relations of Kiev and Donbass, as well as the reform of the Constitution of Ukraine with the aim of decentralization and consolidation of special status of separate districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions”.
