Located on the river Alvor the city offers everything travelers expect from a perfect holiday in the Algarve. Praia da Rocha

Silves
The Portuguese city of Silves is located to the North-East of Portimao and offers tourists to immerse yourself in the cultural past of Portugal. Founded along the banks of the navigable river Arade, the town was the Moorish capital of the Algarve until Christian forces conquered it in 1249. Built of red Sandstone castle Castelo DOS Mouros is located on the top of the cliff, reachable by battlements. Here you can clearly see, what looked like life in Portugal a thousand years ago. It is also a great place to enjoy a panoramic view of the whitewashed village and the surrounding countryside in the South of Portugal. Albufeira
One of the last Moorish cities in southern Portugal, which fell into the hands of Christians in the 13th century – Albufeira almost faded into history until it was rediscovered in the 1960s, as a great tourist destination. Today, Albufeira there are two popular sights: the picturesque Old City quarter and the area Avenida Francisco Sa Carniero known as “the Strip”. Numerous hotels, clubs and restaurants of Albufeira make a Paradise for the regulars party. The city beach Praia DOS Pescadores still attracts fishermen, but also serves as a collection point for divers.
Lagos
Fresh is located on the southwest coast of the Algarve, Lagos is an ancient Maritime city, which today is known more for spectacular beaches than for its legendary past. Praia Da Marinha
Located between portimão and Albufeira Praia Da Marinha is deservedly considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve and southern Portugal. The beach is only accessible by steep steps leading down a steep limestone cliff. This has its advantages, after all, Praia Da Marinha is much less crowded during the hot season.
