The Russian military in Transnistria repelled an attack on a post of peacemakers in the exercises. About it reported in a press-service of the Western military district.
During practical exercises the soldiers withstood several sabotage and reconnaissance groups of imaginary enemy in the so-called “security zone of conflict”.
According to the legend of the exercises, the personnel of the post was on watch, held in the normal mode, when the enemy attempted capture of the object, using several improvised explosive devices to distract the soldiers.
But, as emphasized in the defense Ministry, “thanks to well-organized actions of personnel, saboteurs attack was reflected, the group liquidated”.
In total, the exercises involved about 50 soldiers.
