After the celebrations of the Mardi Gras celebration in the U.S. city of Pass Christian, southern Mississippi, unknown opened fire on the crowd.
The attack took place immediately after the parade. The street was full of people. Two unidentified men suddenly pulled out a gun and began randomly firing at the crowd.
Two people died at the scene from gunshot wounds. One man was shot in the head, the second — in heart.
