Police in Columbus, Ohio, investigates the murder of a 13-year-old boy, who after the attempted arrest was shot dead by a police officer.

Police saw three young men matching the description the victims, and tried to question them. Two of the suspects ran. One of them – the boy, later identified by police as Tyree king – while trying to arrest took from his belt a pistol, after which he was shot by a police officer.
It later turned out that the child had a BB gun with a laser sight.
“Our officers carry a gun that looks almost identical to this weapon,” – said the head of the city police Kim Jacobs.
