In the United States – Boston and new York were protests outside concert halls, where he performed Russian pianist Denis Matsuev.

Organizers said they wanted to put before the American concert organizations question the ethics of further cooperation with the Russian artists who “support the aggressive and repressive regime of President Vladimir Putin.”
