The pensioner made a fire in the administration of the village in the Rostov region, his motives are now established, said head of the press service of the regional Central Directorate of interior Ministry Colonel Natalia Ustimenko.

In the Rostov region the shooting occurred in the village Council, two died
Earlier, the RIA Novosti source in law enforcement bodies reported that as a result of emergency in the administration of the Fedorovsky rural settlement, two people were killed – and a police officer. Later in the police has denied this information.
According to Ustimenko, the unknown man came into the village Council building with a hunting rifle. Opening fire, he wounded one of the employees.
“First on the scene arrived the policeman in this district. During detention the malefactor policeman was killed. The criminal is detained, it was a local resident born in 1949,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
In regional Department of the investigative Committee later confirmed that the injured officer was still alive.
A RIA Novosti source in law enforcement agencies later said that, according to some, the suspect might try to escape on the territory of Ukraine, the border was located six kilometers from the place of incident. The press service of border guard of FSB have confirmed that the pensioner was detained by the border guards.
