Ukrainian police detained in the Donetsk region of the priest, who was returning from the area of the so-called anti-terrorist operation (ATO) with rocket launchers and grenades. This was reported in the Monday, August 1, on the website of the regional police Department.
The priest was arrested by police officers on duty in the village Mangush. “The police, to ensure road safety, while checking the car found at the priest, who was returning from the area ATO home, four RGD-5 grenades, two grenades “f-1″ and two rocket-propelled grenade RPG-18”, — stated in the message.
Himself 47-year-old priest said that he had spent two weeks in Marinka and Volnovakha. The arms and ammunition he was carrying home as a “gift” in order to stun the fish.
Rocket launchers and grenades were confiscated, to it threatens till seven years of imprisonment under article “Illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives” of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
