The Ministerial will take place in Prague.
In Prague on may 3-4, will host a meeting of foreign Ministers of the Visegrad four countries and the countries participating in “Eastern partnership”. One of the topics of the meeting will be the conflict in the Donbass and reform in Ukraine.
The meeting will be attended by the foreign Ministers of Germany and Sweden, as well as the European Commissioner for neighbourhood policy and negotiations to expand Johannes Hahn. Ukraine in Prague will present Pavlo Klimkin.
Ondrej Soukup, chief correspondent of the Czech newspaper “Novyny Gospodarske”, is convinced that Ukraine will be the main topic of the meeting in Prague.
“This is a regular meeting, which is organized annually by the country which holds the presidency of the Visegrad four. And clearly, that first of all will discuss the topic connected with Ukraine, I think it will be the main theme,” says Soukup.
The meeting will be to talk about Ukraine as representatives of the Visegrad four, and the observers of other countries that will be there — Germans, Dutch, Swedes. They could assist reforms in Ukraine, to be effective. It is important to find ways to help Kiev, — said Soukup.
