In Bakhchisarai was inspected the new apartment houses, four apartments which are intended for immigrants from dilapidated housing. This survey jointly carried out by the chief Inspectorate for housing and supervision of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kondratyuk and Director of ANO “housing Inspection of the Republic of Kazakhstan” Anatoly Petrov.
“During the inspection we check the correspondence of the house to the requirements established by the legislation”,- said Irina Kondratiuk. “Look around us in the house on Peace street 5 we noticed a number of shortcomings of the aesthetic and functional nature, which will be reflected in the inspection report and forwarded to the Ministry of construction Russian Federation”,- she added.
Among the shortcomings highlighted were the lack of a ramp for disabled people, the lack of canopies at the entrances to the basement, the gutters onto the pavement, a small number of Parking spaces and the lack of container yard. After the inspection a meeting was held with the head of administration of Bakhchisarai Vladimir Overlord.
“We informed the supervisor of the town of all found deficiencies and to judge the impact on the living comfort of residents other possible defects can only be in the process of exploitation and settlement house residents, all the more so today the house is not connected to the grid,” said Anatoly Petrov. “We also spoke about increase of efficiency of interaction of the city administration and managers of companies and agreed on mutual support and legal aid,” added Petrov.
