Crashed military helicopter with high-ranking officers.
In the North-East of Turkey, in the province of Giresun, crashed military helicopter S-70, which was carrying high-ranking officers of the security service of the country.
According to the report, the crash killed seven soldiers and members of their families, the rest were injured.
All on Board were 15 people, including eight soldiers, including the commander of the gendarmerie of the region, one Colonel, two majors. Four military were their wives and children.
“The wounded were immediately taken to a local hospital”, – underlined in the message.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the accident referred to bad weather conditions.
