In Thailand there was a second series of explosions. The bomb worked at the resort Surat Thani, South of Bangkok, as well as on the popular tourist island of Phuket.
As reported by RBC with reference to the edition of the Straits Times, several explosions occurred just a few hours after the first of a series of explosions in the resort of Hua hin.
In Surat Thani the bomb was planted in a flower bed in front of the police station. As a result of explosion one person was killed and another wounded.
