Taiwan has suffered because of the strong Typhoon.
In Taiwan the Typhoon led to power outages in more than 500 million homes, about 20 thousand are still without electricity.
As reported by Xinhua, the landslide in the South-East of Taiwan, called hit the island by Typhoon Nepartak”, killed three people, and another 311 were injured.
A landslide caused by Typhoon Nepartak”, occurred in Taitung at 5:50 on Friday, when the wind speed reached 191 km/h.
The Typhoon crossed Taiwan Strait and hit the Fujian province in the second half of the day on Saturday with wind speed of 100 km/h.
Among the victims were 39-year-old man who fell into the lake and drowned in Hualien, 71-year-old resident of Taitung, who died from serious injuries she received when she fell from the cupboard, and man fallen into the sea in the County Lanessan
