In new York dismantled the monument to Lenin

A statue of Lenin stood on the roof of the building.

In new York, in Lower Manhattan and dismantled the monument to Vladimir Lenin that was installed on the roof of a thirteen-storey building of red Square.

Six-meter monument was erected on the roof of red Square in 1994.

The sculptor is Yury Gerasimov, who made the monument shortly before the collapse of the Soviet Union, and the partner of the owner of the building found him in the back yard of suburban cottages.
