“Mikhalchenko detained for two days”, — explained the source.
In the “Forum” the Agency declined to comment on the arrest. “Officially not ready to comment. Mikhalchenko is planned a business trip in Moscow, it had been known for a long time”, — said the press service of the company.
The Edition “Fontanka.ru” reported that Mikhalchenko against could be prosecuted under article 200.2 of the criminal code (“Smuggling of alcohol as part of an organized group”).
