The contact group in Minsk signed a framework agreement on the breeding of forces and means in the Donbass. It involves the completion of the process within 30 days with the participation of international observers.
“In this case, the dilution of forces and means at each of such sites is subject to monitoring of the OSCE SMM in sync, the mirror should be completed within not more than three days”, – stated in the text of the document.
The withdrawal of forces in the Donbass will begin after the truce for seven days at each site breeding.
On Wednesday evening, September 21, the self-proclaimed authorities of Donetsk national Republic announced a mortar attack the village of zaytsevo. According to them, work mortars 82 mm and 120 mm of the Ukrainian army.
