The current champion of Ukraine on football Dynamo is going through hard times.
The team of Sergei Rebrov after a promising start (win over Shakhtar in the Ukrainian super Cup) less often reminds his fans of quality football and the results. However, the “Dynamo” prefer to talk about transformation and not about the crisis.
“There is no crisis in the “Dynamo” no, the team is restructuring. Serhiy Rebrov relies on our young students. If there was a crisis, it could be worded differently. Young players can not immediately show themselves on a level that was 2-3 years ago when we became Champions.
But this does not mean that we should lose to teams in the championship and the Champions League. We still have an unstable structure… How to continue the restructuring in the team? I think it will not take much time…” – says the General Director of Dynamo Rezo Chokhonelidze.
While Dynamo is being rebuilt, the club fails miserably all set before the season objectives – at the equator of the group stage of the Champions League Kiev scored only one point, and in the Ukrainian League after 12 rounds of “Dynamo” already on eight points behind Shakhtar.
