The meeting of the countries-manufacturers of oil began in Doha (Qatar). This was announced by the Ministry of energy of Russia on his page on Twitter.
According to information TASS, the talks involved all the countries whose representatives came to Doha. The meeting is planned to take the decision to freeze the level of oil production.
Under the program, the official talks between the parties were supposed to start at 8:45, but that didn’t happen. At 13:30 Moscow time RIA Novosti reported that the parties communicate in an informal setting and went on a break. Later it became known that the meeting with the participation of all countries arrivals will start at 15:00.
