In the night of Sunday, November 6, unknown tore out the eyes of the native of Africa, Mustafa Hassan in Brussels (Belgium).
With reference to law enforcement agencies, the publication notes that the crime of such a degree of cruelty in the history of modern criminology is committed in the Belgian capital for the first time.
The incident occurred in the commune of Ixelles. The victim was still alive only thanks to the bystanders who called the ambulance. At the scene police found both ripped at the man’s eyes.
The victim gave the first reading, but they do not allow to determine who could have committed the crime.
