Company Acer, as planned, presented at the 2016 IFA in Berlin its new 21 laptop Predator X — the world’s first gaming desktop with a curved screen. Mobile PC, although it is not mobile, surprised by its design, dimensions and specifications, and along with its cooling system, consisting of as much as five coolers.
Case thickness Acer Predator is 21 X 8 inches and weighs 8 pounds. Coolers and thick tubes dissipate heat from two graphics cards NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080, running in SLI,and Intel Core i7 Skylake unknown model. Also in the notebook are for 4.5-channel speaker system, landing slots for a few full-size SSD or HDD, mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX switches and up to 64 GB of RAM.
The autonomy of the Acer Predator X not 21, and therefore about it is not a word in the press release, but it has a giant screen with a diagonal of 21 inches, a resolution of 2560х1080 pixels and support of technology NVIDIA G-Sync. The laptop will go on sale in the first quarter of the new year, so by the time the Intel Skylake it could be replaced with a new Intel Kaby Lake.
The cost of the Acer Predator 21 X is not specified, so as not to shock the consumers till the time.
