How to fight chronic fatigue

Every morning you can barely lift yourself out of bed, and in the evening the force only enough to eat dinner and go to bed? Perhaps you have chronic fatigue syndrome? Try these five recipes that strengthen the immune system and the nervous system.

1. Take a glass of shelled walnuts, a Cup of honey and one lemon. Kernels and lemon crush, pour liquid honey, store in the refrigerator. Take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day for 2 weeks.
