However, in November 1974, it was decided to conduct on 3rd Sandy street the match of the higher League of the USSR championship with CSKA — Kairat. History of the old stadium ends in 2000: the old arena was closed and then demolished. The construction of the new stadium began in 2007-m to year.
The scale of construction is astonishing: one hundred seventy-three and a half thousand square meters, has nearly one and a half thousand places for cars, and 600 – in the underground garages. The area of the arena – 81 thousand square meters.
Visually everything here is fully prepared to command fought among themselves and were preparing for new competitions. Everything was done in full accordance with the standards of FIFA and UEFA.
