Nemeryuk said that the Chuguev warned in time of the early skirmishes, but be aware that such cases arise “not immediately”, and it was necessary to carry out the work in advance.

Nemeryuk also said that in addition to the head of the authorities in connection with the incident is not planning to fire anyone else.
