France striker Antoine Griezmann named the best player of the championship of Europe on football.
A special UEFA Committee composed of Alex Ferguson, David Moyes, Savo Milosevic, Gareth Southgate, Alan Giresse and other well-known experts recognized Griezmann best player of Euro 2016.
Forward “Atletico” also received the “Golden boot” – on account of Griezmann in seven home matches of the continental tournament with six goals and two assists.
In the symbolic team of the Euro 2016 was a place representatives of the four national teams – Portugal, Germany, France and Wales. Apart in this list is Central Portugal defender Pepe, who falls into the symbolic team to three Championships
Europe in a row.
