Ambassador Christoph Weil in a few weeks will leave from Kiev.
Ambassador of Germany to Ukraine Christoph Weil said that in two weeks will leave his post. The diplomat said Tuesday, 14, June.
“In 2 weeks I will be leaving Kiev. And at the end of this “race”, I can say that the period in Kiev was the richest in my professional life,” said Weil.
“It (the new Ambassador – if) has received approval from the Ukrainian government, but I can’t call him, he’ll announce myself when I come”, – the diplomat said, answering a question about the new Germany in Ukraine.
Weil expressed confidence that Ukraine is able to complete the reforms that were initiated, and considers the current government is able to succeed in this matter.
