The pilot of the Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel penalized for a racing incident with Daniel Riccardo.
While the pilots Mercedes Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg has reached another victory podium, behind their backs a fierce fight for the last spot on the podium.
On the finish of the race Sebastian Vettel and Daniel ricciardo showed the best than max Verstappen. Vettel attacked the young Dutchman and passed, but Verstappen cut off the turn and refused to return the opponent’s position. Later on Vettel had to fend off persistent attacks
Riccardo – the German stood his ground and finished fourth.
Before the ceremony, the stewards fined Verstappen five seconds – Feel became the third and ricciardo climbed to fourth place. Three hours later after the finish position on the podium again changed – this time a 10-second penalty received Vettel, who was fined for breaking the rules defense when attacking Ricardo.
“I have great respect for Daniel, and if comes to contact, it is not always the ideal situation. In my defense, fought for position, trying to leave him and, I think, did it,” said Vettel.
