Question, I must say – interesting, and I decided to answer it not in the comments as a separate post.

Yushchenko was associated not so much with American intervention, as with the Bandera ideas, but Bandera, various so-called Ukrainian nationalists here in the Donbass hated, that I have from my childhood, I remember, that’s it.
For example, at the age of 7-8, that is, during the time shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union I didn’t know exactly who the Bandera, but I did know that they represent a fierce evil. On the level with the Nazis. And that’s when the choice was between dick, but its type and the Pro-Russian Yanukovych (although no Pro-Russian it was not) and Frank “Bandera” Yushchenko – the choice was obvious…
Now that before the war. Let me first say that the war Donbass did not want and do not want. I will once again paint Chronicles and analysts, the chronology of attacks on military units and seizure of regional state administration in Western Ukraine in the autumn – winter 2013, even while Yanukovych was President. Statements “liberated” Western Ukrainian regional state administration insubordination to the Central government – was pure separatism, but Kiev did not send troops and dobrobiti punitive in Western Ukraine, and Donbass did not go “train of friendship”.
After the armed coup in Kiev Donbass that is, adopted the rules of the game. And began to do the same as I had done weeks earlier in the Western Ukraine. But those who seized power, for some reason thought it was the Hells of evil and sent to nm his army. At first, people were stopping the columns with his bare hands. And the Ukrainian soldiers did not dare to shoot, then still his people.
The situation rocked mercenaries, shooting at both sides, and the Ukrainian media who covered the attacks as they needed to foment war. War broke out in the end…
Another recall – in those days, in the spring of 2014, the year of the Donbass wanted a referendum on the federalization, that is, to remain part of Ukraine but as a Federal district. And I for one, do not see anything so terrible about this. In the end, it is necessary to understand that the idea of unitarity in a country where two parts of it – like poles of magnets repelling each other – it is in principle not viable.
But Kiev did not meet. Kiev, or rather its masters the U.S. needed a war and conflict on the border with Russia. We were forced to defend themselves. We did not start this war, but the other way we had. Either to defend themselves or become slaves, which eventually become Ukrainians.
For now holds the defense of the NPT? For reunification with Russia. That is reunification, return to Russia. The fact that until the reunification did not happen legally is there is such a moment, do not argue. But let’s imagine for example, a house in which 5 rooms, the challenge you inherited. That is, you are sure that this house will become yours, but due to some conflicts at the moment, legally you can secure one half of the room and half to the other. And then again to legalize the rest. Make sense?
Now in Ukraine began to be the talk about the need for a referendum about the separation of Donbass. It took 2 years of war, tens of thousands of dead Ukrainian soldiers, thousands of dead we have thousands of dead civilians, tens of thousands of destroyed houses and buildings, and now – finally some realize that it would be nice to give the Donbass what he wants – freedom from Ukrainian jurisdiction and to forget for him. But at first we only wanted federalization, but for Kiev it seemed unreal.
All wars end in peace. What the world wants to get a DNI? The world, in Russia, that is the world, the reunification with his great Motherland. It’s simple.
In turn, I do not understand that the fight for Ukraine. I understand the American interest in Ukraine, but I don’t understand what is the meaning of the Ukrainians to fight for the American interest yourself in damage?
