The eternal feast of disobedience, or Why the Minsk agreement buried photos

They believe that victory is possible, that Russia in the Donbass, crushed by sanctions, the prospect of betraying under international pressure those who are out there fighting, is doomed to a crushing defeat. They have not the slightest doubt that the special status of the breakaway republics is a step toward federalization, which will tear Ukraine apart, as evidenced by the Ukrainian Minister Klimkin in a couple of days before the visit of his colleagues from France and Germany.
And with this faith nothing can be done. No measure will help MPs and Ministers to get rid of the devil in their heads, close cash assistance or do not overlap. The idea of a Holy war with Russia, which holds all the current insane system of power in Ukraine, can be eliminated only together with the power. Extreme nationalism, which took the helm of the state, are simply unable to abandon the sectarian ideology whose content is limited to a simple opposition: Ukraine — light — darkness. And the struggle is not between individual countries, and between entities of good, carriers of which consider themselves Nazis, and the forces of evil, represented by its historic monastery — Russia.

Let’s remember about the brilliant the fate of economic reforms to make Ukraine a transparent European state, without the corruption and limitless power of the oligarchy, who consider the state budget their own pocket. Reforms have been going on for nearly two years. Judging by their results, similar performance implementation of the Minsk agreements should do God knows what: the decision on the special status — to the carpet bombing of Donbass, Amnesty — executions without trial, on elections to the imposition of martial law with abolition of any elections at all. So what?
The Minsk format is ended once and for all, that would have not thought about the Europeans. It was impossible to implement, since Kiev under any circumstances, as he would not have twisted arms, could not agree to the procedure specified by the agreements or policies designed to ensure the rights and interests of Donbass. So when you next hear that Poroshenko or someone else will have to do this and that, because the West has openly dissatisfied with the Kiev regime and does not intend to joke, wave your hand and do not pay much attention.
