Estonian border guards explained the reasons for the ban on entry into the country to journalists VGTRK

The police and border guard Board of Estonia stated that the film crew of VGTRK was forbidden to enter the territory of the country, because Russian journalists were allegedly a tourist visa.

“Yesterday at the border point Narva-1 at verification of documents it was established that three Russian citizens want to enter Estonia on the basis of a tourist visa, which is not consistent with the true purpose of their trip. In this regard, the visas of these persons were invalidated and they are returned back to the Russian Federation”, — quotes the press-Secretary of Department Victoria Korpan RIA Novosti.

On the eve of the Estonian border guards were not allowed into the country of the VGTRK correspondent Ekaterina Fisenko, cameraman and video engineer, from them took away passports and visas revoked.
