“I call on all parties to adhere to the agreements concluded and to immediately suspend all military action. A permanent ceasefire is urgently needed to finally apply to political commitments made at the conclusion of the Minsk agreements”, – the statement says Erler, is available on the official website of the German foreign Ministry. He pointed out that the recent bombardment of the car of the OSCE SMM and armed threats to its observers in the territories controlled by the separatists, is “totally unacceptable”. Erler recalled that all parties must provide the security unarmed mission, and their free and unrestricted access to the entire territory of the conflict.
On April 7 representatives of the OSCE said on “higher level violations” of the ceasefire regime in the Donbas. On the same day in the report SMM OSCE was recorded the shelling of the car mission near Snizhne, a territory controlled by the separatists. Later in the so-called LNR was stopped by another car the OSCE special monitoring mission and for a while they were under the gun of armed men.
