The changes are stunning.
In 1990, after the fall of the Wall but before the reunification of Germany, photographer Stephan Koppelkamm (Stefan Koppelkamm), feeling that big changes are coming, took the camera and went to the Eastern part of the country. Ten years later he came back and took pictures from the same points.
These works entered the collection, which the author called the “Local time” (Ortszeit/Local Time).
