Close relatives of the dead pilots decided to punish the guilty

So, in the film “MENA,” which will be released in January 2017, there was a plane crash, which killed two people – the pilot of American Alan David Pervin and Colombian Carlos Berl. Another member of the crew, American Jimmy Lee Haring, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Close relatives of the victims decided to punish the perpetrators of this incident and has filed a lawsuit against the company Imagine Entertainment and Cross Creek Pictures with the goal to establish the truth and achieve justice.
In a statement, the family said that those responsible for the organization of tricks, company employees extremely negligently and carelessly attributed to the performance of their work. They now will have to punish. What punishment for negligence resulting in the death of people who claim their family is not specified.
