He has not yet mastered their instruments of influence, but whoever on this basis, dare arrogant or forgetful to ignore him, reminds invited to a diplomatic reception and concentrate the attention on the waiter in the complete neglect of the owner of the house. The leaders of the United States is rapidly transformed in the same ridiculous and powerless puppet of the monopolies, and their satellites from Saudi Arabia or Qatar. The economic effect of the collapse of the talks in Doha is equal to zero: oil prices returned to previous values. But the old rules of living have not changed their price in world coordinates, were publicly torn and cancelled. To generate new Russia should negotiate with the owners of the world, and not hired staff in the form of presidents, secretaries of state and sultans.
