On our tables there was a huge number of products, of which our ancestors had no idea.

But the worst thing is that we, consciously destroying your health, I can’t off the hook. To go on a healthy diet immediately, finally and irrevocably just unrealistic, but we can at least identify those products that are included in the red risk zone. Fortunately, the doctors had done it for us.

1. Sausages

Frankfurters, wieners, sausages and other products kolomazne are in first place in the top list of what not to eat doctors. This food is of little use, but a lot of preservatives, fat and cholesterol.

2. Soda (especially those marked “diet”)

Sweet drinks – one of those products, the harmfulness of which we are already obsessed. All know that soda is a huge amount of empty calories, so we prefer to choose diet options. But they are not better. Not only that, the sweetener aspartame is harmful to health, so it also contributes to weight gain.

3. Microwave popcorn

Most harmful in this product — oil flavor, which causes a dangerous disease. “Popcorn lung disease” is a syndrome of shortness of breathing, leading to irreversible changes in the pulmonary system and even lung scarring.

4. Skim milk

10 years ago it was fashionable to talk about the saturated fats in whole milk, which supposedly leads to excess weight. But new research has shown that in fact skim milk does not affect weight, but usually contains more nutrients and satiety from it lasts longer.

5. Artificial dyes

Most no illusions about sweets. No one calls them useful, but few know why is the sweet so bad. Sugar and flavoring is bad, but much worse than artificial dyes. They pose a serious threat to health and banned in many countries.

6. Corn syrup

It is scientifically proven that corn syrup is the catalyst of obesity. An illustrative example is the US, where it is very popular. It is a cheap sugar substitute that is often used in baking and sweets.

7. Bleached flour

In the process of bleaching flour are losing a huge amount of nutrients, proteins and fatty acids. Freshly ground flour has a light yellow hue. The only advantage bleached flour — aesthetic appearance.

8. Ice cream

You know, nobody wants to hear this, but most doctors agree that ice cream should be avoided. Nutritionists say that it contains too many chemicals, food additives and hormonal substances. Of course, this does not apply to ice cream and homemade products from organic shops.
