Formed the first quarterfinalists of the Cup of Ukraine on football.
To all the problems in the Ukrainian championship Karpaty received another painful blow – the team of Oleg Dulub in the 1/8 of the Cup of Ukraine unexpectedly lost the middle of the First League “Poltava”. The hero of the match was the goalkeeper of owners Vladimir Krynsky, thanks to the dedicated game which “Poltava” did not miss the advantage of two goals.

The new leader of “Vorskla” Yuriy Kolomoets has brought to Poltava victory over one of leaders of the First League Rivne “Veres”. After a few minutes after the goal Kolomoets got injured and left the field. “Veres” was desperately trying to translate the game into overtime, but all attempts of the hosts to level the score turned out to be blanks.

In Kiev, Desna and Dnipro 90 minutes of regular time and two overtimes could not change the start-up account. Despite the zeros, both teams created many scoring chances.
