The authorities of the Crimea will never recognize the decisions of the International court of arbitration on the claims of the Ukrainian state savings Bank. On Monday, August 29, said the head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov, reports TASS.
“This is only the beginning of the process, Ukraine will sue for the assets that she believed her. The courts do not recognize, believe that everything was done correctly. There are no problems”, — quotes Agency of his word.
Aksenov stressed that all assets held in Crimea were nationalized and used for the repayment of debts to the defrauded investors. “The contributions of Crimeans in the “Oshchadbank” also disappeared,” he recalled.
August 26, Oschadbank has filed a lawsuit in international court against Russia. The financial institution is going to get a billion dollars compensation for the loss of assets in Crimea. “The amount of requirements includes the cost of loss of assets, and the interest that will be accrued until the court makes a final decision”, — stated in the message Bank.
