The protagonist of the story – major Igor Thunder, patriot of his country, wants to fight crime in all its manifestations. His rival in the comic book series stands a man in a Plague mask, openly killing the corrupt officials and thieves to cleanse the world from them. People sympathetic to the ideas of the murderer in a mask, but they do not realize that it is not in them, but the fact that the villain just covers these ideas his thirst for murder.
