Colmar is a small but colorful town in Alsace, established by Emperor Charlemagne in the year 884. Today the city is better known as the capital of Alsatian wines — super stylish white wine. Colmar may seem like a small city, but it is very picturesque. There are a lot of narrow streets, bright, colorful homes. Walking around the city endlessly wonder around, constantly looking for beautiful architectural detail, or a particularly lovely flower pots.
