Chelyabinsk residents once again will see paintings by Aivazovsky

On 20 February at the Museum of arts of Chelyabinsk will open the exhibition entitled “Sea battles and naval commanders of Russia”. It will include paintings by Aivazovsky. The exhibition will be held with the support of the naval Museum in St. Petersburg.

Last year this exhibition aroused great interest among the residents of Chelyabinsk. This time the organizers have prepared new details. This was told by the Museum Director Stanislav Tkachenko. He also added that Aivazovsky always been in demand and popular. Exhibits will be three-dimensional copies of warships, flags, models of the cruiser “Varyag”, weapons and inscribed daggers “Russian naval commander Fyodor Ushakov” and “Peter’s gallery” and other details of sea battles.

All this will immerse the residents of Chelyabinsk in the naval atmosphere. Now pass the Assembly robots. For visitors the exhibition opens on 20 February and will run until April 19
