The head of the DND Alexander Zakharchenko has publicly promised that, if Kiev will stop offensive actions in the neutral zone and will not stop shelling the territory of the Republic, “the situation may spiral out of control.” Zakharchenko warned the Ukrainian authorities, and along with international observers that if the attacks and the seizures will continue, the militia go on the offensive, which will hardly end at the border of the Donetsk region.
