On the Internet there is a video available, including on Youtube, where, at first glance, perfectly speaking in Russian people refers to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and claims that is being held by ISIL (is prohibited in the Russian organization).
People in the picture called himself Eugene Petrenko (Ukrainian?), the captain of the 2nd operations division of the UFSB for Moscow and said that captured when doing their job. He was dressed in a robe like a prison with the inscription “Kafir”. Any traces of physical impact on the face not noticeable.
Imaginary or real (?) Petrenko called on President Vladimir Putin and the Russians to do everything possible for his release, otherwise the officer awaits a sad fate.
Russian official bodies at the moment does not comment on the said video. Meanwhile, it raises certain doubts.
First, people in the picture claims that he registered in the city of Tsaritsyn, Moscow region. Such city does not exist. It is obvious that the terrorists who were preparing a “speech” simply mistranslated the name “Queens”. It allows any citizen (and not only) it is clear that no sane person can not know the correct name of the settlement.
Second, certain of doubtful and the departmental affiliation of the “captain Petrenko. What would make the officer of the Moscow Directorate of the FSB on the territory of a foreign state? Theoretically, of course, he could be seconded to any other structural subdivisions of the Federal security service, but it is extremely unlikely. To combat terrorism, counterintelligence and operational activities beyond the borders of the Russian Federation there are no special units, which it is currently staffed and capable.
And finally, the people in the picture apparently did not pull the Slav “Petrenko” – the face and the eyes have a pronounced Asian features. Furthermore, if you carefully listen to the speech “captain”, then it clearly guessed, although not strong Eastern accent (probably Turkic).
Comparing all these facts we can conclude that the video – another farce.
